Returns

We accept returns within 30 days of the delivery date. To be eligible for a return, your item must be:

  • Unused and in the same condition that you received it
  • In its original packaging
  • Accompanied by proof of purchase (order number or receipt)

Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

  • Gift cards
  • Downloadable or digital products
  • Items marked as final sale
  • Perishable goods

How to Start a Return

To initiate a return, please follow these steps:

  1. Visit our Contact Us page and provide your order number and reason for return.
  2. Our team will review your request and respond within 1–2 business days with return instructions.
  3. Ship the item back to us using a trackable shipping method.
  4. Once we receive and inspect the item, we'll process your refund.

Refunds

Once your return is received and approved, a refund will be issued to your original payment method within 5–7 business days. Please note that original shipping costs are non-refundable.

Exchanges

If you'd like to exchange an item for a different size or colour, please contact us and we'll do our best to accommodate your request, subject to availability.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you received a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us immediately via our Contact Us page with a photo of the item. We'll arrange a replacement or full refund at no extra cost to you.
